These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 367pk (hereinafter "367pk", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://367pk.cam and all associated services, content, features and functionality offered thereon.
367pk operates as an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform designed for Pakistani users. The Platform covers sports betting markets, live casino information, PSL and cricket content, payment guides and responsible gambling resources.
By accessing, browsing or using any part of 367pk, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Access to and use of the Platform, including the creation of an Account, is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 (eighteen) years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable Operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. 367pk employs a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age from any User at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence and access. Pakistan has significant restrictions on gambling activity under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation. The Platform does not make any representation that use of the Platform or any gambling services referenced thereon is lawful in Pakistan or in any other specific jurisdiction. Users located in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk.
By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age, or the higher applicable minimum; (b) you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; (c) you are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction; (d) you are not acting on behalf of a third party; and (e) participation in gambling is not prohibited by any applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses, subject to applicable law.
You must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. 367pk and the Operator reserve the right to verify the information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your sole responsibility. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure does not relieve you of any outstanding obligations. The Platform and Operator reserve the right to close or suspend any Account at their discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, Terms violation, or for legal and regulatory compliance reasons, subject to applicable law.
Before processing withdrawal requests or at any point deemed necessary for compliance purposes, the Platform and/or Operator may require you to complete KYC verification. This typically includes submission of a valid government-issued identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address and, in some cases, proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in a hold on withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.
The following constitutes general guidance only. Specific deposit and withdrawal terms, including available methods, minimum/maximum limits, processing times and applicable fees, are governed by the Operator's cashier policies and are subject to change. Users must verify current conditions directly in their Account cashier.
The Operator may support various deposit methods, which may include but are not limited to mobile wallets, bank transfers and digital payment systems. Where Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast are mentioned on this Platform, they are cited as familiar reference points for Pakistani users only — not as endorsements by those providers of gambling or of this Platform. Users must independently verify which payment methods are available in the Operator's cashier and review the applicable terms of each payment service provider.
Minimum deposit thresholds vary by payment method and by any active promotional requirements. Any PKR figures cited on this Platform as minimum deposit examples (e.g., PKR 1,000) are illustrative only and do not represent confirmed Operator policy. Users must check current minimum deposit requirements in the cashier before transacting.
Withdrawals are subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable Bonus wagering requirements; (c) compliance with anti-money-laundering procedures; and (d) Operator-specific withdrawal processing policies including minimum withdrawal amounts, processing timelines and method-specific restrictions. The Operator reserves the right to process withdrawals via the same method used for the relevant deposit, at its discretion.
Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or another currency as designated by the Operator. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the Operator and are not guaranteed to match prevailing interbank or market rates.
All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits and other incentives offered by the Operator are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.
Bonuses are typically subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Any PKR bonus amounts or rollover multipliers cited on this Platform as examples (e.g., "100% up to PKR 25,000 with 10x rollover") are illustrative only and do not constitute confirmed active offers.
Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited. The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
Suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts, collusion, use of automated betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonuses, or any other conduct designed to generate advantage through promotional mechanisms in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational use — may result in the cancellation of bonuses, suspension of the Account and recovery of any winnings derived from such conduct.
Where a referral program is available, both the referring User and the referred User must meet all applicable eligibility criteria. Referral bonuses are subject to the same general bonus terms and any specific referral program terms as published by the Operator at the time of the referral.
The availability of sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football, kabaddi and UFC — and live casino games is subject to change at the Operator's discretion. Market availability may vary based on jurisdiction, time, event status and regulatory requirements.
The Operator reserves the right to accept, refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until an explicit confirmation reference is issued by the Platform's system. The Operator shall not be liable for any losses arising from failed, delayed or refused bet placement due to technical issues, connectivity problems or other factors outside its reasonable control.
In the event of a technical error, systems malfunction, incorrect odds publication or any manifest error, the Operator reserves the right to void any affected bets or transactions. "Manifest error" includes but is not limited to: odds published at a price that does not reflect the genuine intended market price; game result errors caused by software malfunction; and data feed errors resulting in incorrect in-play market positions.
Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation; abandonment of a match or event; late changes to event conditions rendering the original outcome determination impossible; or any other circumstance as defined in the Operator's specific sports or casino rules.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the Platform:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any Account balance, reporting to relevant authorities and, where applicable, civil or criminal legal action.

The Platform and all Content, information and services provided thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 367pk and the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; gambling losses; or any other intangible losses.
The Platform may reference third-party payment services, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as familiar payment references for Pakistani users. 367pk accepts no responsibility for the availability, performance, terms or actions of any third-party payment provider. Users interact with such services under those providers' own terms and conditions.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of 367pk to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or such other amount as required by applicable law.
367pk reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on this page with a revised effective date, or by other means of notification as appropriate.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. The current version of the Terms, as published on this page, supersedes all prior versions.
Clause 11 — Effective date of any amendment is the date of publication on this page unless otherwise stated.
